1. The wiring connection of the small ceiling fan rotary switch
The wiring of the small ceiling fan rotary switch generally has three terminals, namely L, 1 and 2. Among them, L represents the power line, and 1 and 2 represent the two coils of the ceiling fan motor, that is, the two gears of low speed and high speed. It is very important to connect the wires correctly, otherwise it will cause a short circuit or the ceiling fan will not rotate normally.
Before wiring, you need to unplug the ceiling fan power cord plug to ensure safety. Then follow the steps below to connect the wires:
1. Connect one port of the power cord to the L terminal of the switch;
2. Connect the wire of the high-speed coil to the 1 terminal of the switch;
3. Connect the wire of the low-speed coil to the 2 terminal of the switch.
Precautions:
1. Be sure to turn off the power before connecting the wires to prevent electric shock;
2. The wire contact must be firm, and the surface of the wire cannot slide or loosen;
3. The switch of the small ceiling fan cannot be over-tightened to avoid affecting the sensitivity of the switch.
